CALABAR CARNIVAL 4…THE QUEEN ON FIRE!
Episode 4.
Hmmm, what we did was ludicrous but that was the only option we had. Lucy and I had to share the chair, we sat with half part of our ass. Lol. Fine girls like us. People would sure be staring but watin concern us, we just lock up dey do our thing jare. We turned and laughed at ourselves on several occasions and even took selfies and more pictures. Twas really laughable. Lol
Las Las sha, a fine nice guy forfeited his seat for us, and then we sat more comfortably, only that we didn’t get to watch HANTY Tiwa’s performance. *Sad*
The show went on as the contestants from different countries stepped out in different attires depicting Africanism… See beautiful slim bullets …pretty slim tall shawty looking like INEC… repping different African countries.
Big Brother’s Ebuka was the moderator as well as several international guests and other celebs who occupied the judiciary.
Our Nigerian contestant Chiamaka Goodness Nnaemeka was impressive but I guess the crown wasn’t meant for her head just yet. The winner was announced, a very tall beautiful and intelligent Slim Sweet16 from Congo…Dorcas Dienda, She was ‘flabberwhelmed’ and ‘overgasted’ with joy and immediately she was pronounced, fireworks followed on the stage to hail her majesty.
Miss Africa 2018 Dorcas Dienda (Congo) |
The show almost went sour when the newly announced miss Africa’s natural hair caught fire from the fireworks raining down the stage. Woah! The queen is on fire!
This was a huge mess! She didn’t know what to do as her beautiful soft natural hair was in flames…jeez! She screamed and screamed and almost fell off the stage, what a swing of emotions as she was battling between the euphoria of her new status as queen and her flaming hair.
It took the help of some guys who jumped onto the stage to quench her fire and curb the shambolic situation, they put out all the fireworks. Thank God say e nor pas so.
